I'm a software developer/engineer currently developing web applications in C# .NET, with a great deal of interest in ASP.NET MVC3.  I've been a developer for over 18 years, and I've worked in quite a few technologies.  Most of my experience is in C++ client server development, but the last 4 years has been dedicated to C# .NET windows forms and web development.  Recent technologies I've worked in are .NET, C#, Javascript, MVC3, Sql Server, jQuery.

 I have a special interest in building effective technical teams.  I find it very interesting how some teams can be very effective, and other teams with similar make up can be very ineffective.  what is the magic ingredient that makes a team click?  My goal is to find out what makes effective teams effective, and help apply this to all teams.  I would also like to train others how to build effective teams.
